Stellar Local is a done-for-you local marketing service for retailers in the Tarkett network. With a retailer's permission, it connects to their Google Business Profile and keeps it active and easy to find, so more local customers find them, call them and visit them.
What Stellar Local does
Regular updates to the retailer's Google Business Profile, written for them, so their listing always looks active.
Prompt, polite responses to customer reviews on the retailer's behalf, so they always look on top of it.
Retailers send photos of finished jobs, and Stellar Local adds them to their profile to show it off.
A simple monthly report of the shop's presence score and results: how often it was found, calls, and direction requests.
The retailer stays in control
The retailer remains the owner of their Google Business Profile at all times; Stellar Local acts only as a manager, with permission granted through Google sign-in, and access can be removed in a couple of taps. The service is free to the retailer, funded by Tarkett for its retailer network. How we handle data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
